Balance Massage Therapy & Wellness
Better Health & Balance through Massage Therapy & Yoga
ATTENTION:
ATTENTION:
The health & well-being of every person that comes through our doors is our top priority.
While our clinic has started a gradual reopening for massage therapy appointments, we are not yet resuming Yoga/Pilates classes.
We love our cozy & intimate yoga space & all that our environment has to offer, but the smaller size does make social distancing measures extremely challenging, if not impossible, to maintain. Once again, maintaining everyone's safety is of utmost concern, and we would rather act with too much caution, than not enough.
In advance, thank you for your understanding & support during this challenging time. We look forward to once again being a part of your health & wellness journey.

What exactly is Pilates?
Pilates is known for producing long, lean muscles; a stronger core, and better posture, among many other benefits!
Pilates is a form of exercise originally designed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920's. Initially, it was developed primarily to rehabilitate injured dancers & athletes.
Pilates focuses on developing a strong core, improving posture, & increasing strength, length, & mobility, all while purposefully working to connect the mind, body, and spirit.
The end results are long, lean muscles; a stronger core; and overall better posture.
Pilates is a Workout With Results! Expect to be challenged in class, but never beyond.
Due to its rehabilitative nature, Pilates can be excellent for those recovering from an injury or dealing with ongoing challenges like arthritis, low back pain, etc.
