Jessica
Registered Yoga Teacher
Owner/ Manager, Balance Massage Therapy
A long-time lover of yoga, Jessica completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 so she could share her passion with others through teaching.
Combining years of experience in the massage therapy world with new knowledge and perspective on movement and awareness, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge about how the body works to each class, providing a clear path to increased strength, stability, and flexibility - all while creating a safe place to allow the mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits of yoga to occur.

Shannon
Pilates Teacher | Registered Massage Therapist
Shannon joined the Balance team in 2022 as a RMT & became passionate about the community that has been fostered at Balance.
​
She found a love for Pilates in 2021 when she was pregnant and has practiced ever since.
​
In 2024 she decided to pursue her passion for movement & Pilates and receive her Pilates Instructor Certification.
​
Shannon has been a RMT for 11 years and has seen many people struggle with strengthening, stretching, and even moving their bodies because they simply don't know where to start.
Her goal is to provide a safe space for her clients & students to come to class & leave feeling stronger in their bodies AND minds in a way that's achievable for everyone.
SHe is also deeply passionate about Reiki energy work and loves to make everyone feel welcome in her space.

Caroline
Registered Yoga Teacher | Certified Pilates Teacher
Caroline joined our Team early in 2018 with a vast tool box of experience, ranging from Hatha, Yin/Restorative, Hot, Aerial, and Chair Yoga; Pilates Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Levels; Reiki Level 1 & 2; Kickboxing; Twist Conditioning; Functional Movement; Bosu Ball & many other Mind & Body connection attributes. She also has her Personal Trainer Certification for Pilates.
As a former Physio/Occupational therapist Assistant for the military, Caroline's knowledge of the body's anatomy, especialy when dealing with injuries or conditions, goes well beyond the average fitness instructor. She believes that the essence & purpose of Yoga is very personal - to be at Peace with your True Self, and to positively face personal limitations.
