Better Health & Balance through Massage Therapy & Yoga

The health & well-being of every person that comes through our doors is our top priority.

Our Clinic doors have reopened, & we are gradually resuming massage therapy appointments.  We're restarting slowly to ensure we're doing everything in as safe a manner as possible, as well as to leave lots of time for the new cleaning & disinfecting procedures.

We ask for your patience & understanding as we reschedule 4 months worth of cancelled appointments, prioritizing those with urgent needs (as defined by the Ministry of Health), all while working at less than 1/4 of our usual capacity).

Because of this, we are unable to take on new patients for the time being. We will not be enabling our online booking until we have rescheduled all cancelled appointments.

Please email [email protected] or visit for updates.

In advance, thank you for your understanding & support during this challenging time. We look forward to once again being a part of your health & wellness journey.

Jennifer Holmes, RMT                                      [email protected]

Jennifer is a graduate from the International Academy of Massage and a member in good standing at the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

She has experience in treating clients with Multiple Sclerosis, Frozen shoulder, post-surgical scarring, psoas contractures, postural imbalances, chronic pain, and much more.  Jennifer has an intuitive touch, a kind and compassionate approach to helping her clients heal, and is determined to get to the root of the problem.

Jennifer is a hard working mother of two, having achieved her diploma in Massage therapy while raising two young children. Since a young age she was always interested in helping people heal.  And with a history of being actively engaged in sports and dance, she was familiar with many of the common injuries experienced by athletes. Massage Therapy seemed like the perfect match to help people heal from physical injuries as well as from damaging stress, which can both take a toll on the body’s health and performance.

Some sports and activities that Jennifer has participated in are: Dancing, Rowing, Karate and various other Martial Arts, hiking, camping and canoeing, flute and piano lessons, cross-country running and duathlons.

In her free time, Jennifer loves the outdoors, hiking, camping, biking, activities with her young children, or just sitting at a beach. She is currently pursuing Tap dancing lessons, and Cello lessons, and would like to continue with Karate to one day earn her Black Belt.

Jessica Ross RMT, RYT-200      [email protected]

Jessica Ross made the decision to attend CDI College for massage therapy in 2005 based on her life-long passion to make a difference in the lives of others.  After graduating with Honours and passing her Provincial exams, Jessica began her practice in Ottawa, and then made the decision to open her own clinic in June 2010.

Jessica has built her practice based on the belief that massage therapy is truly an effective way to better health & well-being.  Her treatment style is based on the philosophy that in order to treat the immediate symptoms, the root of the problem must also be addressed.  Her goal is to always treat both, therefore leaving each patient feeling like they are one step closer to better health.  Jessica believes in providing quality, compassionate, and effective care, and is passionate about helping others on their road to better health & well-being.

During her years of practice, Jessica has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people, from young children to the elderly, with different abilities and conditions, including sports injuries, postural issues, paralysis, post-stroke, whiplash, post-amputation, migraines, fibromyalgia, and many more.  She focuses on therapeutic massage with a relaxing touch.
